Tallon built the Hawks team as a winner, not Dudley. Everyone in the league knows that.

Dudley's draft record is incredibly poor and did no good for the Panthers organization.

Not true. Dudley had a lot to do with it, as did Tallon, as did Marshall Johnston and Mike Smith, who drafted Byfuglien, Seabrook and Keith before Dudley arrived.
