Trotz I can understand. He's never had a ton of talent. Great goalies and defense, but little firepower.

Ruff's had very good players and teams. Maybe he would have won in 1999 if the NHL didn;t make a rule change between OT periods.

That entire draft scenario was cruel. Still have hope JVR can be a consistent 25-30 goal scorer, if he does then it will have worked out ok. This year he's having an injury season from hell.

i don't think jvr stays a flyer for the length of his contract, which he just extended. not saying he'll get moved this year, but he'll go at some point.
