It was obviously a penalty. I was pissed at Vanek for risking injury. And possibly injuring another player risking disciniplary action or just ruining what is otherwise a good reputation.

Lawrie is gonna be a beast. Jays have a nice young team. Unfortunately they are in the wrong division. If they could somehow sign Fielder they could contend for sure.

NYY made out like bandits. Campos is a better prospect than Noesi IMHO, and Pineda is rare instance of a #2 with #1 potential.

Montero is a huge loss, but let's face it; guy is a DH. NYY has Romine to hold down 'C' in future.

Edit - Like Kuroda too. They might have spent a bit, but he's a 4/5 guy - far better than the gas cans they were trotting out the past three years.

I hate to say it but I think Miller needs a change of scenery, that or he's taken one to many shots to the head and has forgot to play net. I like Miller but man he isn't doing us any favours.
