The Habs need a dictator-type coach like Pat Burns or Michel Therrien...
...hey, here's an idea, why not hire Michel Therrien??
Jacques Martin was sort of a tweener, some good and some nasty...Therrien however, is all nasty all the time! Perfect for this princess bunch... - AvT
Why not Tremblay? Why not no coach. How about choosing a season ticket holder each game? |

Really? Well he might be right...But who cares, he'll end up joining his good friend/mentor in Long Island as soon as he can...and he'll end up being what he should've been for us..a #4 or 5 defensemen who plays on the PP and gets around 35 pts a season. - number_23
Seriously? I don't think he's capable of 35 points in the NHL. |

You can't do that, you can't put someone as head coach for more than 40 games and put him back as an assistant. Does someone has an example? John Steven 2-3 games stint this year isn't revelant. - Habsody
Tony Granato in Colorado. Went from Assistant to Head Coach for about a year and a half, then back to Assistant. |

I never gave a time-frame...Are you aware of the term "interim".
Cunneyworth knew his role and accepted the fact that he could be replaced today, tomorrow or in August...why can't you? |

I believe his title is "Interim Coach Until the End of the Season", which pretty much rules out today, tomorrow AND August. |
