Obama told us that his father was an Indonesian king and that he was a prince, and after he finished school he was going to go back, and he would be a ruler in Indonesia. And I absolutely believed him. - Doppleganger
You're so desperate.
I know a kid who said his father was a toaster. |

I not sure what you mean.
I've been saying for the past three or four years, the US elected a "Pop Star" for a president.
They seemed to get caught up in the history making moment of electing the first bi-racial president, and of course the negative perception of GWB helped a lot in getting whomever the democrats nominated.
Despite the fact that he never had a job in the private sector, never had an administrative job in the public sector, had his share of shady associations and offered a platform that was short on substance and basically getting his followers chanting "yes we can" and said he would deliver "hope and change" with essentially no details, Americans voted for a shiny new car, without a test drive, looking under the hood or at reviews and without a track record to compare against the other choice.
I'll bet dollars to doughnuts you're firmly in "Justin's" fan club, or even perhaps the president of it. |

I completely agree with this statement. That was exactly what happened to a tee and this is coming from an American. |

He did make a brief reference to our country with the "Justins fan club" crack. Grits here are all in a tizzy at Trudeau's heir apparent. |

Yea, but after driving an early 90's civic for 8 years, you don't need a test drive to know the brand new Camaro is better. And you certainly shouldn't want to go back to the civic for 4 more years. |

Canada is in fine shape thank you very much. We've elected a Government based on their track record through the "great recession".
The USA is Canada's largest trading partner. Over 80% of out manufactured goods are sold to US customers, and we are the US largest supplier of imported Oil.
So our economy depends to a large degree on the health of the US market, so that's why I care.
Did not expect an American to know these facts.

During those 8 years you drove a civic, you had the media constantly pointing out it's faults, and slagging it at every opportunity.
But with the new Camero, no one is pointing out it's deficiencies.
How many causalities do you think the US incurred under the "Civic" for it's 8 years, in Afghanistan?
Don't you remember the media constantly pointing this out every night, and covering the protesters???
Under the new "Camero" there has been little coverage in the media over the nearly TRIPLE the causalities in the less than 4 years with the "Camero" in Afghanistan, than there was under the "Civic".
Why is that???
The Media are in love with the Camero, and don't hold it to the same level of scrutiny as they did the "Civic".

That's not the point. It's clear that the Obama cheerleaders in the Main Stream media have been covering up his shortcomings for the past three or four years.
Did you know Obama skipped the intel briefing the day after Ambassador Stevens and US aides were killed on Sept 11th, so that he could attend a fundraiser in Las Vegas?
A terrorist attack on a US embassy, killing the Ambassador and his aides, and his priority is to fund raise???
