well he is a judge....and no i wouldnt. she downloaded music online illegally. she went against her dad. in the state of texas where they are from its punishable up to 9yrs he took it into his own hands. this video is 7yrs old now . she decides to release it now when daddy didnt get her a car after graduating college. attention bud. i am for discipline and spanking he may have gone overboard i agree but she did her dad dirty like that.

anyone who hits a defenseless person (much less a child, much less a sick child) that many times is getting some perverse pleasure or relief out of it.
