So probably the most patiently run organization who allows players to develop and gives them chances to make the team and mark poorly treated Leino.

Yet that's why Detroit traded him because they flat out said he was lazy.

Coach Mike Babcock would tell us after games how Leino was too easily snuffed out by the opposition. He said it so often it became a verb -- "The guy got Leino'd on that play."

I would believe the vast majority of players would waive their NTC if their team asked (depending of course on what team they were asked to waive it for).
