BTW I think I may have gotten Humberto Ramos fired from drawing the Amazing Spider-Man comics.

I sent Marvel a complaint letter about him and BAM before you know it he gets replaced.

Dear Marvel,

Is there any chance of a change of artist on Amazing Spider-Man? Or maybe a whole other Spidey title. I realize Spidey is attractive to younger readers and so a cartoony, mal-proportionned, quickly thrown together style may well make sense sometimes but as an adult Spidey fan who remembers a time when Spidey was drawn properly and with a more North-American style, I really am put-off by the current artwork. It was the same thing for me with Ultimate Spidey. It's a shame because I often enjoy Slott's writing and Bendis is great but I can't fully get into the issues due to the lack of detail and clarity of the artwork in addition to the childish nature of the drawings.

I don't want to be too negative but as a 28 year old Spidey fan I just want something I can enjoy too. Any chance of Todd McFarlane coming back (kidding)?

Yes, they are. Great freaking books. Grittier and darker than the HBO series by quite a margin.
