Batman begins takes place in Gotham and has ninjas

Dark knight takes place in Chicago and lacks ninjas.

No, it's in Gotham and in both movies Gotham was based off Chicago.

If you want to see a proper Gotham city Tim Burton did it the best.

Gotham in batman begins is clearly built on a radial pattern... The city in Dark Knight is built on a grid pattern, and is therefore a different city. The only explanation for this difference is that batman is still tripping balls, and terrorizing an innocent Chicago.

I wouldn't say that. I'd say all three movies were equally as good, just in different way. Batman 89 without Jack Nicholson=not nearly as good. Dark Knight wo Heath=not nearly as good. The only one that really stands on it's own without any particularly amazing one actor performances was Batman Begins. I'm just wondering if the next movie will deal with Bruce Wayne's homosexual demons.

His argument is that those two movies used those great performances as a crutch, whereas batman begins was good enough overall that it could stand on its own as an awesome flick.

But I just denied that argument. All of Batman was fantastic from the score, the direction, the supporting cast, the style etc + it had the best joker ever.
