Disagree. The best thing the Joker has going for him is a combination of cunning and the ability to act and cause destruction for no real purpose other than destruction.

Bane, on the other hand, Is cold and calculating in a way that presents no moral dilemma and allows him to take less risks while still inflicting maximum damage. He just thinks about things way more. Not as creative or impulsive, but more dangerous.

It's joker's unpredictability that makes him so devastating though. Bane has nothing on Joker. Joker's super-insanity makes him feared by virtually every other villain on Earth. When Luthor's son almost destroyed the entire multiverse who finally killed him? Joker. And it was because Luthor wouldn't play with him because "joker's wild".

When Luthor's son almost destroyed the entire multiverse who finally killed him? Joker. And it was because Luthor wouldn't play with him because "joker's wild".

Two Face? Just a broken man with a gun.
Joker was incredibly dangerous, but also not up to a physical confrontation with Batman.

Bane, however, I believe will present no obvious flaws other than a complete lack of compassion... I believe that he will cause devastation on a level previously unseen in the Batman film series. (except maybe when schwarzenegger froze everything, but that was (frank)ing silly.)
