i was wondering what his weakness was myself last night watchin the game. from what ive seen he is just dominant down low but i have not seen his glove or high blocker tested, he has also shown to be weak on breakaways, but how do u work that into your gameplan.

exploitable weaknesses are his rebound control and his puck handling.

Teams have to make sure they pressure him a lot when he leaves the net to play the puck, and need to get a lot of traffic infront of the net.

This is where Burke's blueline bruisers come in handy.

They have played well over the last couple of weeks. Really encouraging.

And there is nothing in Deslauriers to suggest he has any potential like Gustavsson. To suggest he's as good, if not better based on two games is laughable. Deslauriers' numbers in the AHL weren't even that great.

Leaf fans can be more excited about Gustavsson because he is such a better prospect than Deslauriers is.

And Deslauriers' save % was .901.last season. Not bad, but not quite "Incredible". If that's incredible, maybe you're guilty of overrating him.
