there's a restaurant near me called Smoke's Poutinerie. They sell nothing but Poutine. Mixed with things like Pork, or Montreal smoked meat.

Supposedly, there's a place in Philly that makes it. If the McDonald's in TO can make it, you can. Get some McDonald's fries, brown gravy, and cheese cubes. Voila! McDonald's version of poutine. Not as good as the real thing, but it will at least give you an idea for less than $5. |

Just get some fries and gracy and cheese curds... the last one might be the biggest challenge but I'm sure you can find a good supermarket or a cheese shop for it. |
