the mixing is a little off. i can hear 0 bass and only half of the drumming if it's coming out of my laptop, but if i put my headphones on there's a bunch of poop happening. usually their stuff still sounds good even if it's coming out of tin can

whatever, sounds good in the car. i never knew i wanted qotsa to channel little richard

but yeah i just listened to the Mosiquito Song video he posted. I forgot about that song. It's really fun. Needs to be in some Wes Anderson movie or in a Roald Dahl adaptation

i was driving to the store and wmmr did their little "new rock" announcement, after which they normally play a shinedown song that's been out for 3 months, but they played that queens song and god dammit it gets even better every time i hear it.

I'm not huge into Radiohead anymore but I loved In Rainbows. The mix is lean(uncluttered) and focused and the detail is all in the (intricate, surprising and yet interesting) time signatures and the super polished sounds (might be my fave sound for the band).
