I just tried to make the 3-string guitar but 2 of the strings popped on me. I think it was crappy $5 dollar strings and the smaller grooves in the nut. I'm gonna try and make again tomorrow.

I used to love these guys. Almost can't stand them now except for a few songs.

I saw them in DC 2-3 years ago and it was the best concert I've ever been to. Hands down the best.

I am like Megadeths #1 fan and I have yet to see them live. It is a crying shame, so I am totally pumped for this concert. Slayer is just a bonus, an amazing bonus.

Never seen Megadeth but I've seen Slayer about four times. They're ALWAYS good. Never mail it in.

and typing this I just remember that the new Slayer album comes out tomorrow!

I dunno. Every time I've seen slayer they've just had a new album out and they still always play their old stuff.

well it might be a little tougher with light strings but also are you using an actual low E and a high E then using a D string for the middle E?

you must see Slayer live over spread out periods of time, their last album came out in 2006 and before that in 2003 before that one was 1998.

And I know that they will play a lot of old songs, that's what mostly everybody wants to hear. I just hope we get a lot of Show No Mercy and Hell Awaits stuff.

Die By the Sword and Hell Awaits are pretty much the only ones I think I've heard them play live. I have heard them play some stuff off Haunting the Chapel. I think they did Chemical Warfare last time I saw them. It might've been Captor of Sin though...either way I remember I freaked out.

Yes. I don't know if you could do all E's any other way unless you want to make things more complicated.

Some Haunting the Chapel will be fine. It's obvious that lots from RiB, SoH, and SitA will be played, I just want old old Slayer, when King still had hair.
