I don't know how fluent you are with Tankard, but this song needs to be hear. An amazing instrumental that I think you will enjoy because it has some good guitar work in it. Sure not as good as the stuff you like, but for a bunch of drunk 19 year olds it is pretty damn good and catchy.

That was cool but I get tired of sweeps after a bit. String skipping is much cooler...many more options. Still, this guy clearly practices a lot. lol-Pikey


Totally agree. The endless sweeps and speed picking are some of the reasons that I can't really get into players like Randy Cooley. Brings back memories of Micheal Angelo.

Yeah I can't get into Rusty Cooley or MAB either...I also don't really like Loomis' solo album because of it. Sweeps start to sound silly after a while and they're not the only way to get big intervals so I kind of consider them lazy for guitar virtuosos to do.
