After following along I can’t say I’m surprised at this…apparently virtue signalling didn’t fly with this judge. - landros 2
Obviously a lack of character, decision making, with everyone involved here, including the girl. This isn't going to end here for these people but hopefully they can start to move on with their lives. It isn't going to be easy for them, though. |

It really didn’t seem like they could arrive at any other verdict….apparently the judge agrees . So the Flyers lose a decent asset for nothing. Bettman also made some inflammatory comments…does he issue an apology? - landros 2
I won't fault the Flyers for cutting bait at that point as if I recall correctly, they would have had to qualify him. then in turn pay him while being away.
They could always sign him though would he want to come back? |

This is BS, I'm not sure where you're getting that from. I liked the Hextal hiring at first and then felt he wasn't progressing the team, and he was reportedly a huge control freak a-hole. Hated the Fletcher hiring, for obvious reasons, but I'm hopeful with Briere, you got me there... - Dave21Brown
Did you hate Fletcher that first off season when he traded for Niskanen and Braun?

I hated Fletcher when he was in Minnesota, he was a terrible manager for them and a nonsensical hiring for the Flyers organization. He was equally as bad for the Flyers, but he was buddies with the "old guard" in Barber, Homer & Clarke. Who are now thankfully gone so the team can move forward and stop making as many poor decisions. |

They could’ve easily qualified him and league would’ve surely placed him on continued leave. No way league would’ve allowed him to play and couldn’t anyway by canadien law. But they would’ve shown they stuck up for player and held rights. If guilty easily rid self of player if innocent retain player and huge props for sticking up for your players.
