It's important for me to learn to understand myself better. But when I start writing about myself or tracking my mood, my inner critic turns on. Liven helps, but it's still hard. Do you have any life hacks on how to perceive self-tracking as support, and not as self-esteem? I want to learn to be honest - but without self-attacking.

Reflection is a powerful tool, but it doesn’t have to be painful. I used to try to keep a diary, but I got tired quickly. Everything seemed “wrong”. Later I found a liven app review , where they said that the tracker is a diary, just compact. I decided to try it — and I didn’t regret it. Now I record my mood and thoughts a couple of times a day. It helps to see yourself not as a "problem" but as a living person. I recommend it to anyone who wants to gently return to themselves - without judgment.

Self-reflection does not always require deep thinking. Sometimes it is enough to simply answer yourself honestly: “How am I?” Such short observations, repeated day after day, gradually build a deeper understanding of the internal state and needs.
