Gotta tip the cap to Florida, they were definitely the better team. They seemed even stronger than last year.
Still proud of my Oilers |

Maybe share that with Oiler fans, no one here cares about what you think or feel. |

He didn't disappear, but he didn't elevate himself/his team in the Finals. Not solely his fault, and all due credit to the Panthers, but when you're lauded as the best player in the game (especially the best offensive player) and you score 1 goal... there's something in there. I think this quote by Tkachuck (who was playing with a torn adductor and a hernia) is fitting:
“It just seemed when things got a little tough or hard everybody looked to him to be able to do it all himself,” Panthers winger Matthew Tkachuk said, specifically referring to McDavid. “It’s so hard to do that. You can’t do that.”
The team let him down for sure. Management, players (Drai didn't even have a shot on goal in the final game), his goalies.. but to score only one goal in the Finals is a bit rough as a messiah. - York Newbury
LA's problem next season.

Nice. Hope Silovs and Karlsson are on the big team next season - Nuckerwhatever
Silovs will not be on the Canucks. He will be traded (unlikely he has value), lost on waivers, or clear and return to Abby. No (frank)ing way we roll with him again after he destroyed the teams season |

Ya, that's right the 3rd string goalie destroyed the season. |

If we had an average goalie playing his starts we make the playoffs. Don’t comment on the team if you don’t watch the games 🤷🏻♂️ |

lol I know who it is. He claims he didn’t watch any games 🤷🏻♂️. I’d be shocked if the team took another gamble on Silovs. He is a nice story right now but still a nothing prospect |

He’s an AHL level goaltender, has a lot to prove before he can be trusted with NHL starts. |

I think the first buyout window starts in 48 hours. Not that the Canucks will be in on that. Let the silly season begin. |

Nor should they be. The Canucks are well set up for making a big run at the 9th spot in the conference next season, an improvement over the past season. |

It’ll be interesting to see what moves they make this summer. Looking forward to the draft for the Flyers. |

Looking forward to the moves that CBJ and Ducks make.
Of course, I am also looking forward to seeing the nice moves my Leafs make. |

Darn, looks like Fabian Zetterlund has re-upped in Ottawa.
3 years 4.25M
The market is very limited.
Frederic 8 years 4M with the Oilers is hilarious. |

Garland would look good back home with a big "B" on the front of his jersey. I'd be happy with the almost 5 million in savings for a 2nd round pick this year and a 3rd round pick next year. |

I think you'll see a rejuvenated Sean Couturier out from underneath Tortorella, that being said, their goaltending is really poor and they're still very weak down the middle of the ice. I don't think they're any more than an 80-85 point team. |

I think he would be a good fit for my Leafs, drives play, works hard, would be a good influence on the prima Donna's. Pontus Holmberg and a 4th |

You don't like the Leafs, stop with the theatrics. |
