From what I read Minny isn't that interested in futures, but if they don't trade Rossi by July 1st they open themselves up to offer sheets that will only be futures. I think the Canucks will get it done before then. - York Newbury
I hope not, Rossi is too small. The Canucks having Petey, Rossi and Chytil down the middle...gross |

Don't think many teams are going to be trading big, strong, talented centers that are 23 and on the upswing of their careers unfortunately. Can always add size to the wings.
He's also the same size as Marchand, so can still be an impactful player at that height. |

They've apparently made an offer for Rossi, though it was rejected... I think – despite his size – he'd be a great addition to the team. - York Newbury
Watch the creativity here.....
Our 1st in a bad draft and Lekkeramaki. Our undersized foreard for yours but we will give you a 1st.
No thank you Patrick
Very well then we shall move on
Who says no here. Assume Buff values Petey
Byram, Norris and Peterka
Petey, De Petey, Hoglander 1st |

Not true at all - Florida just won with Barkov, Lundell and Ekblad as their ONLY drafted players. Lots of ways to build a winner.
But I assume you mean we have to stop trading 1st and 2nd rounders, which I 100% agree with.
Abby are clearly developing players the right way - so lets continue to feed the system. - Brooks_Light
Crazy to put in perspective, wow. |

Go Canucks! Pumped for this game. |

Not a bright future in NYI. I bet Horvat would give the Canucks another shot. Don't need him as an Alpha a 2LC would be fine. Plus good support for Petey who they are all familiar with each other. Add another top Center and we are set. |

That’s exactly what the plan is, give everyone bans, lock all the blogs and there is no one left and then you all go to Hockey Hotstove…this is the way. |

Scratch Zegras off the board, on his way into Tocc's doghouse in Philly - claygolf83
"Trevor Zegras, long rumored to be a trade target, finally has been dealt. The Anaheim Ducks agreed to send Zegras to the Philadelphia Flyers on Monday for a second-round pick in next week’s draft (No. 45 overall), a fourth-round pick in 2026 and forward Ryan Poehling, sources from both teams told The Athletic"
He's gonna Kuzmenko his way out of Philly at some point. |

Not that the Canucks have a ton of C's to trade around, but Poehling 27 is a journeyman at best, a 2nd and a 4th? Thats good value for a 24 year old Zegras.
So Blueger, 2nd & 4th might have done it? Sold |
