Trocheck has to give his 12 team NTC list on July 1st ansd I betcha he is meticulously going through that list of all the teams now

No matter the sentiment, the team isnt better now. Losing a potential 30 goal scorer and threat on the PP and PK, isnt exactly easy to replace. Lets not forget a guy who shows up in the playoffs.

As the leader of the Kreider fan club today sucks can’t lie. Going to be so weird watching the rangers with him not on the team next year

TPC - when are you buying your Ducks Kreider jersey? I will be at MSG when Anaheim is in rocking my Kreider all star jersey

You really think they trade him? I feel like the only reason JT came was for Trocheck lol

I feel like he is such a bargain and become such a faceoff beast that the Rangers could get offers they can't refuse on Trocheck more than anything else

Good skating center, don’t hate it. Organization needs to grab as many C’s as they can.

Going to miss Kreider, but had to happen.

- TC88

Possible 3rd line center. Good motor. Not who I would have targeted. Would have tried for one of the 9000 young d-men they have

it definitely feels like this is just the beginning, I'm shocked they did this before Finals is even over

Druy's task is so immense, he doesn't have the luxury of waiting. He certainly doesn't want to be 2nd guessed because he waited for the playoffs to end and let a good deal slip away.

Drury helped create the situation. Not as if he was a passenger or inactive participant

I still believe there's only one man that can fire Drury, and he's the one that gave Drury the mandate to win now at all costs the last few years

Really hoping Drury doesn’t turn around now and give Gavrikov 8 million per year. He is going to be extremely overpaid this summer

I dont see it. I think the connection with Miller keeps him safe for now, but he'll need a better year than this past season.

Larry Brooks: “ Draft pick portion of the Kreider deal: Rangers are acquiring Toronto’s third rounder while Anaheim’s fourth rounder that was sent to NY for Trouba is going back west.”
It’s pick 89 for 104. Yippee. Mild spread.

Trocheck's stats look great on paper from this past year even though we all know he actually wasnt that great

I betcha we hear Cuylle extension soon. Long before July 1 for sure and any offer sheet that could be sent his way
- Slimtj100

Agree. These fan base jarring moves have been followed up with something else fairly quickly recently.

That would’ve been good too. I’d assume a focus of Drury the rest of the offseason.

Would be a very welcomed surprise if Robertson could refind his previous pedigree. Has all the tools, just needs some confidence.

On Carey Terrance:

Good — fast, fearless, great on the PK, finishes in a bunch of ways. Not afraid of trenches and willing to take a hit.

Bad — Not creative, gets caught up in north-south stuff. Rarely slows game down to use his wingers. Under a P/G in OHL Year 4 huge red flag.

Looks like he will max out as a 4th liner if he makes it

Very true. I think his 1st year was so spectacular it made last year look pale by comparison. He's probably closer to the year 1st year. I'm sure he was caught up in all the locker room drama.

No sense in analyzing this trade from a talent standpoint. It was made for 6.5 million reasons.

He regressed back to his norm. He is a 3C.
