Joseph (frank)ing Woll was the MVP tonight and anyone who thinks differently can lick my taint.

Without Woll in the 2nd period the Leafs are cooked.

Matthews 2nd place

McMann/ Patches 3rd with the huge goal

Many tied for 4th including Benny Big Balls, Domi for his grit and hustle, Tanev for being Tanev etc…..

- Cush29

He posted a shut out in an elimination playoff game....impossible not to make him the first star.
Great to see and good on him. Keep it up.
Need a repeat from everyone else.

Go leafs go.

Nice game by Woll, but while he'll get the majority of the praise, the Leafs played a pretty solid defensive game.

Nice to see Matthews get on, hopefully this spears him to shoot more.

I feel like they are going to need their PP to score to win game 7. They need to make some significant changes. Hoping something happens there.

I was pretty surprised looking at the players time on ice today. Benoit led the all defenseman and Marner led the forwards. It was pretty evenly spread out for the forwards on Marner was over 20 mins.

So yesterday before the game the leafs were +1250 and now they’re +340.

To win the cup they were +2500 and now they’re +700

The second period was dicey - the Leafs were lucky to get out of it unscathed. Some solid work by Woll.

Leafs have been playing decent defensively but they get trapped for long stretches in their own zone. Thankfully, they are capable of limiting chances but it's truly playing with fire.

Hoping AM34 finally has the monkey off his back and can keep it dialed in with his aim.

Very true, Will was very solid there is no doubt of that. Also, on the defensive side I feel like the leafs do a much better job at blocking shots. Which is important.

Hoping they can keep it up for game 7

Just rewatched the highlights with the call by Joe Bowen.

Can someone tell me why we cant have him on TV and get stuck with these other homers? What do we need to do to make that happen? Petition??

Wife and I both commented on it while watching last night. He looked totally lost out there, but I do wonder if part of the team's strategy is to try to spring him.
- Aetherial

It’s crazy to me that this is actually how he plays, all the time, in the playoffs, and people think the coach doesn’t have a problem with it.

Would be a lot cooler if you'd post some mods to clean up the garbage here claiming to be leaf fans while endlessly trolling the place.

First time I've made a post like that, literally. Dozzer and I can't stand each other.

You're loving your fantasies is what you're doing, which is not shocking for someone who is 12 years old in the brain.
