This is a trick question.
On the surface, Bennett because he shows up when it matters. You don't need to win the division, just win in the playoffs.
Here's the trick, though. Bennett would get the Kadri treatment if he was on Toronto, or at least six of the other teams in the league, like Montreal, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver. The punch to Stollarz's head would have gotten "the rest of the series". Bennett wouldn't be effective from the press box, but then again, he took out Toronto's hot goalie for the series, so maybe it would have been a fair trade.
One thing is for sure, when Florida faces Carolina next round, Freddy had better be careful.

Have you seen what Kadri was suspended for?
Even if you actually believe Bennett shouldn't be suspended, you must then see how pathetic the suspensions to Kadri were. Even the Reilly suspension this season is ridiculous. Somehow the league always sees fit to make an example of the Leafs.
Again, look at the fine to Domi. In that same game was the Kulikov elbow to Marner's head, unargueably intentional, and much worse than the Domi hit from behind, but didn't even get looked at. The shoulder to Tarvares' head was that game, too, and not even a look.
If you remove your fan hat and look at it objectively, it'll become obvious that something isn't right.

Come on. Bennett is an all time playoff performer. Marner doesn't even deserve to be the 'or' in this question.
