Woll is not the answer. I knew it was over when they ran Stolie and nobody did a (frank)ing thing to Bennett.
Marner is the worst playoff performer in the history of NHL playoffs. (frank) he's awful.
Matthews is just as bad. I was Matthews biggest fan, now, he can get (frank)ed.
Tavares useless.
Nylander trying but (frank) is he bad on the D side of puck.
Rielly is drunk all the time. I truly believe that.
All the other players are doing their part but when the Whore 5 don't show up, not much they can do...especially with Woll in net. (he had a great game 4 but a zamboni driver shut out the Leafs once too, lucky games happen.)
(frank) I hate this team. I want to cheer for them so badly, they just don't let that happen.

ZERO, I repeat, ZERO, pushback. As always. Nobody in Bobs face. Get in his grill, rattle him! Something!!!! You can’t give games away and the Leafs absolutely gave this game away! Florida paid zero $$$ for this win, it was a gimme.

One more observation… if it was 4-0 for us, after every whistle Florida would goon it up big time…. BUT NOT THE LEAFS! - Hockey_Reverend Congrats!! You do losing well.

its such a shame. honestly what did ‘hockey fans’ in Florida do to deserve a team like this?
Why are we stuck with these losers in Toronto?
So frustrating… - Hockey_Reverend
This is hilarious! You guys have a solid two guys with Nylander and Matthews (200 ft game). Marner is worse than huberdeau and JT is over the hill. Add some depth with gritty players and you are there…heck maybe a miracle on ice happens and you still win game 7 but won’t win next round |

Nylander is about to play his last game as a Leaf.
Sell high on him while you still can. - Horsey Sauce
Doesn't he have a NTC or NMC?
Nylander is not the player that will be leaving the team.
A little easier to get rid of the players that have expiring contracts.

You can shake Kyle dubas’s hand for this….gives a regular season team with scoring prowess but not built for playoffs. |

Next year we will have Mathews/Nylander and Discount Tavares and Knies.
D is pretty set..Maybe try to bring in a PP guy..
Goal is set for next year.
Hopefully Cowan can make the jump.
Marner will sign for for $14 mil somewhere else.
Leafs will have about $ 20 mil in cap space and I have to hope Tree can sign 3-4 heavy players that can score.
My guess is Mathews goes under the knife as soon as they are eliminated Friday. If it is a wrist problem again I start to consider trading him as well

If they lose and comeback with top 5 (Matthews, Tavares, Marner, Nylander, Rielly) ..... let's be honest, they were dumb to do it last year. - AlfieisKing
I give our GM a pass on that. He was still ‘new’. Hopefully now that he has had a little taste of what Leafs fans have been watching the last 9 years he will get it and make a radical change.
In all honesty everything we are whining about goes back to one decision… at the time I said over and over again that it was a stupid thing to do, but many on these boards defended it…
Handing the keys to the kingdom over to a young unproven wonder boy named Dubas! |

This is an example of what the Leafs were supposed to do to Bennet. Get a goon. Get suspensions and fines. - PogBoi
That’s a random example! Lol
And who on the Leafs is going to do this? |

I'll repeat what a friend told me a few minutes ago : I'm tired of not understanding the Leafs. I thought Laughton and Carlo were the perfect missing pieces for a run to the Finals. Still not over, but a few Matthews goals, no Tavares injury and you're there. I don't understand. - Not_Yan
I nearly bet the Leafs to win the cup before the playoffs started. When they went up 2-0 on Florida I was kicking myself. |

I think JT is gone too.
Rielly could be moved if somebody would take him, but I doubt it.
Agree with the rest. More lunchpail, more hate, more balanced lines.

Need to find dirty players who can score, and throw sneaky elbows that don't get called. |

So let Tavares walk, use the money to sign Bennett then?
It's not the worst idea out there.

I didnt expect the Leafs to beat the Panthers. so not overly invested.
Its annoying they poop the bed so hard. Wish Mitch and Auston could do something to help the team win games like that,
oh well. not going to be easy to win 2 more games

I mean the good news is that losing a game 1-0 or 6-1 is the same. You have, technically, the same opportunity to bounce back and win the next one.

Nah, we're cooked, called FLA in 6 after game 3. No pushback, just a team of vile Nancies who pout and sulk... |

That poster has a major hate on for Nylander.
If Nylander scratches his nuts with his left hand, he'd be complaining that he should of used his right hand. |

It's a shame he sucks at hockey. I do like that he cares a lot on the ice and tries. |
