That’s a deliberate cheap head shot. He probably didn’t want to hurt him that bad, but he knew what he was doing. How that’s a non call is crazy to me. Serious injury that deserves a serious suspension.

I think so too. Maybe a little gamesmanship to try and lobby for some disciplinary action. Either way he’ll be out minimum 7 days I think with concussion protocol.

The crazy part is he's done this so many times in his career without being called for it. It's like he works on it at practice. I just saw a montage, saw that one on Skinner where he just glides in from nowhere, nobody around him, and just knocks Skinner on his ass in the crease. Nothing.

He is a player that crosses the line often. Tkachuk is the same. That could have been a bad knee injury on Marner. If the league doesn't do anything, this series will turn vicious. I hope you guys beat them. And that's saying a lot, because i never go for the Leafs. Oilers-Leafs in the final. Oil in 5.

The reason why people flocked to this site and stayed around was that it wasn't an echo chamber. It wasn't a dedicated fanbase site. Each of the major ones have those. The Leafs have like 4. I like some of you and would like to keep talking with you guys, but I'll probably try to make it work on hotstove and hope more of the cool people from here set up accounts over there and start posting.
