What can this team do in the 4 months before the season starts, based on all of the turmoil, lack of prospects, cap space, etc to possibly convince Quinn to stay? They have to beat, playing with his brothers, in the US, lower taxes, on a way better team, with less travel.
Not a chance the team can turn it around next season, and it would be sheer lunacy to go into his final signed season with him unsigned.
