i called them every name in the book. i actually had a lady bring up the "3 hour window" like 5 times when i was in my 4th hour of waiting. i asked her if she had a calculator and that we would do the math together. she didn't seem to like that. i told her that's life and that i didn't like that AAA, who tows cars, couldn't seem to tow this car.

i ended up telling them to screw themselves and paid to get it towed mydamnself. AAA is going to reimburse me.

they send you a form for reimbursement if they're so inept that you have to go and call a towing company even though you're a AAA (plus!) member. i've already filled out their form and sent them my receipt.
