I am trying to figure out what Steve Staios ever did to you to warrant this vitriol.

Wait a minute .............. is that you Pierre Dorion ? Are you really Mithos in disguise?

That would be amazing, but this fellow can barely put together a few words into a "sentence". Not even PD was that low IQ.

Looking at UFA RW's that are available in our price range (which eliminates Marner and Boeser):

Age 27 to 30 (projections by Serivelle):
Ryan Donato : 3 x 4 mill
Jack Roslovic: 3 x 4 mill
Trent Frederic: 4 x 4mill

After that we get veterans:
Patrick Kane 1 x 3.4
Gustav Nyquiist 2 x.3. million
Brad Marchand....maybe one year at 7.8million?

Which one appeals to you and why.
PS - left Corey Perry off this list. ....because I would do anything for love, but I won't do that....

the team that signs donato is going to regret it the first game he plays, career 4th liner get 62 points at age 29, stay away like he has every contagious disease known to man.

Nice additions to the Ottawa Sens overall staff.

1) Looking at the 8 scouts we now have at the pre-draft meetings. This doesn't include the professional player scouts.

2) Adding Matt Turek as the new GM Of Belleville. Turek has connections in Hamilton/Brampton to Andlauer and Staios. Really good hire from what I have read.
The Staios tree continues to grow much to the chagrin of one person on the forum.

3) Sam Gagne .... player development in Belleville. I like this hire as well.

Sens continue to grow their back office and make it in the image that Andlauer and Staios and Poulin strive for.

Daniel Alfredsson's rookie season was 1996-1997. Including that year, the Sens out of 29 playoff chances have made the playoffs 17 times.

1) Detroit Red Wings - 22
2) San Jose Sharks - 22
3) Pittsburgh Penguins - 20
4) New Jersey Devils - 20
5) Boston Bruins - 19
6) St. Louis Blues - 19
7) Chicago Blackhawks - 18

*NYR, OTT, WSH all tied at 17*

hell no, that would be a waste of cap space for the playoffs were he disappears. he has no heart and is soft as hell.
