He got banned recently also for nothing.

Sure, he deserves community service in real life for the lasagna thing but this is too far.

It doesn't feel like either the NHL or the NHLPA wants to take player's safety seriously.

But if changes were to happen, it would need to come from the players or following a lawsuit because former players would live with consequences of headshots or something.

Absolutely.

Like a lot of things in life, grown men will hide behind other grown men and get them to solve their problems for them instead of resolving things amicably. There’s been cases of one combatant reaching out and saying “hey let’s just get along for the benefit of everyone,” but the other guy is too selfish and damaged to consider everyone else. It’s really sad tbh.

One other thing. I wondered where Mike Augello went? Maybe that had something to do with the ban.

No. Because there’s still ice on all the lakes. I hope to God it’s off by my next set of days off in two weeks. I’m super excited about some spots I have my eye on. I now got the truck, and a trailer for my boat so I don’t have to only fish Pickle for gators. The walleye will be just finishing their spawn, gators will be coming out of their metabolism recharge, and hopefully there’s a few sturgeon willing to bite.

I’ll drop an episode about it.
