I disagree. Change the mentality of the team, put more responsibility on the younger players, see what happens. - nyrangers9479
That’s what they need to do, agreed |

Boeser is 28 years old and in 12 playoff games last year he had 7 goals. He wants to leave vancouver
Obviously trading someone would have to happen for the salary he would take up. But I think that’s the guy they might go after |

Idk how much. I’d say yea 6-7 per. Like Kadri. - Slimtj100
$6 million? I’d sign right now. |

It will take more than a few months to do that I think. There is no way Dolan would risk season ticket holder money - Brukie
More than a few months? Laf entering his 6th season, Cuylle his 3rd, they need to be stapled into the top 6 and on the first PP. Time to grow up and lead. Guys like Edstrom, Othmann, Rempe etc will have to take that next step also. They’ll still have vets to guide them, Miller, Carrick, Trocheck, likely Zib, but the responsibility needs to be put on these guys. Maybe that’s what they’ve been waiting for and why it seems we can never develop prospects, we never give them the chance bc we’re so afraid of the growing pains along the way. |

Once he’s signed they should immediately throw an A on Cuylles jersey |

Flames Corranato got a deal…which you figure to be where Cuylles deal lands, 6.5 AAV. I don’t think any offer sheet would go higher than that. So Cuylle ain’t going anywhere because they ain’t letting him go for that |

That’s where the Kreider money has to go. Unless some crazy moves are being made |

If Cuylle's contract gets to that much let him sign the offer sheet. No way I am paying him that |

Unless a significant trade happens, I don't think they have room to do anything other than a bridge deal for Cuylle. If that's the case, what does it look like? |

That’s how you get value on players you think have a lot more room to grow when they’ve just scored 20 goals |

Dude we cannot lose Cuylle is the exact guy we need more of. He would be a bargain imo after a couple years at 6.5 |

Just please look at the stats he and miller put together last season. He had 40 goals - Slimtj100
One good year and you want to do 8 per x 7? |

Or how you overpay too. Look at what is happening with Laf right now. I think Cuylle is a solid middle 6 player on a cup contending team. I am not as high on his ceiling as you guys are. |

I would a gazillion percent go 8 x 6.5-7 for Cuylle. But maybe it would be cheaper, a little bit
And y’all crazy if you wouldn’t |

I am confident that Cuylle is what he is. In a year where everyone else struggled, he seemed to find a way to put up solid numbers, which dipped (as you would expect) when the Rangers were at their worst in the middle of the year.
If they could get him for like 5m x 7y I would do it in a heart beat. |
