I can't remember if it was this series or another one, but I remember it got to stupid levels - players would take the nets off the pegs, turn them backwards.
I also remember seeing (maybe on coach's corner?) where two players from opposite teams wanted to be the last off the ice after warmup. They both were sitting at the doors, not budging, until they did a rock paper scissors - the guy who lost left first. - Atomic Wedgie

I said this in the devil thread and I'll say it here. It's refreshing to not be outcoached in the playoffs for once. Green is absolutely getting dummied except for getting more penalties drawn since game 1. - Aaron_85
Yeah, it’s the simple things like Torontos 3rd line. Lots of offensive push and chaos, but it comes with defensive liabilities. How do you offset that short fall? Run them out there with arguably one of the better defensive pairs in the game in McCabe and Tanev. I’m not sure that happens with Keefe behind the bench. The last change did nothing for Ottawa last night…in fact, there were times when they were still outmatched by Bérubé.

Tkachuk is obviously playing through an injury.
How hard do you think he can push himself when down 3-0? - Atomic Wedgie
It looks like a bad groin, but he still came out and tied the game last night. Like someone said, it'll feel a LOT worse today, and maybe even worse tomorrow. But they'll give him something to get him through the game. Who knows, I guess we'll find out Saturday.

Could be a lot more leaf fans in Ottawa too. I’m not sure what the consensus is but if I was an Ottawa fan I would rather sell my ticket then watch my team get swept potentially. Sell your ticket and hope for a game 6. - bryant
IF my team was down 3-0 and I had a game 4 tickets and thought I could break even or make money I'd sell that MF in a heartbeat.

I'm not much of a drinker anymore so I sample the zero proof options out there and they are pretty good these days. Some of the cocktails places make are (frank)ing amazing. - Zezel
Collective Arts has some of my fav beers, but their NON-Alch options are revolting. Why drink a non-alcoholic thing? Just drink water or other beverages.

Grolsch lemon radler is the one I go to when I want something 0% that tastes somewhat like beer

I used to dunk on Dreger also. Had lunch with him and a couple friends of mine a couple years ago. He's a good guy, great sense of humor.
Back in the day my two fave TSN guys to have a beer with were Dutchyshen and Chris Schultz - Interloper
He might be a solid dude but he is a drama queen when it comes to reporting.
He was the one constantly yapping that Leaf players would get offer sheeted and this entire "pucks being hammered at Stolarz in warm ups by the Sens" narrative is stupid and just just piss poor reporting / clickbait.
I met Ken Reid at a charity hockey tourney where you got to draft an NHL player to play on your team - draft order was determined by how much $ your team raised. We drafted Leaf Legend RICK (frank)ING VAIVE and he was amazing.
Ken Reid was the MC for the draft etc. and that dude is so god dammed funny and personable it's unreal. The persona he presents on TV is spot on to who he is except at the draft tourney he was dropping f bombs and profanity like a champ. lol

Call me a homer, but I think the Leafs come out and absolutely dominate game 4. Another 6-2 type game. I think years of losing has turned these guys into different players. I think the 4 Nations particularly helped Marner. Or, Leafiness... - Whipper
To me, Marner is this teams MVP without a doubt.
The little engine that runs this team offensively and defensively. He thinks the game way beyond most. You can see it when anticipates so many plays on both sides of the ice. I love how fearless he is to try stuff out there, it’s who he is, and I think Bérubé is a big part of letting Mitch be Mitch. That’s why this seems different this year.

That might be your alcoholism doing the tasting though
I read that Leaf management launched a complaint. - Whipper
I saw the video on sportsnet. Stolarz was stretching at centre ice and Cousins shot a puck towards him. If that was all that happened it’s not worth talking about.
