Dude...I have recurring tendinitis and after a long period of calm it's in my elbow and both shoulders. What works for you?

I have a feeling I'm gonna have to eat really clean again, that ultimately helps me with it. Anti-inflammatory eating pattern like strict Mediterranean. No more chasing ten dogs with a couple pounds of gummy bears for me.

I can't write songs about hot dogs anymore. I gotta write songs about vegetables. No more Zezel goes into a restaurant Zezel closes the restaurant, more like Zezel tries not to poop himself in the elevator.

Maybe they should have waited until he had the best sv % in the NHL for a third year in a row before they trusted him with a playoff start....

I think coaches encourage defenceman to carry the puck into the offensive zone when there’s room, but many don’t do it out of fear from being caught out of position. I like it though. When you have players like Matthew’s or Marner out there, why not? Maybe be a little more cautious if Willy is on the ice.

Yikes, I’m sorry to hear that. Don’t let that become a typical behaviour trust me. Almost made that mistake myself since I haven’t been allowed to work since late 2019.

I’m with you on the diet thing - I have to do better than I have. I’ve been taking so much pain medication that my ass is leaking blood, lol. Rest and Electro shockwave treatment (Revitive) has worked for me in the past, but it takes time, and you can’t miss a day, but it isn’t helping this time. We had to move a bunch of heavy furniture for a bit of a reno, then wipe down walls after and I (frank)ed it up worse. I’ve had it in my hip and multiple times in my right arm from baseball, but this one is hanging on.

No doctor yet, because I’ve dealt with this numerous times in the past, but it is getting to the point where Mrs Wods is saying enough is enough. I’m trying to get through a series of therapeutic exercises that usually help, but they honestly bring tears to my eyes right now, lol. Outside of that, I need to do nothing - that’s the secret. It just takes time.

You need the confidence, especially at that level. Support sure helps as you mention - big time.

I wonder if a doctor could give you a prescription painkiller of some sort at the very least?

I know meds aren’t a favourite thing but trust me, you can get used to it and not even think about it. Worth it so long as they help without causing another problem, gives your patience a bit of a break at least.

It’s fine if it flares up while at work because I don’t do hardly any physical labour anymore, but on days off if I can’t sled or go fishing it it’s depressing af.

So Friedman thinks hagel is going to get a game. Tb might lose hagel and Florida gets ekblad back. Hopefully tb can stretch this series out.

I am not even sure I am believing the fancy stats narrative. After the initial 10 minute onslaught, it seems like the Leafs had the large majority of the really dangerous chances.
