Its not massively outrageous, I think value wise its pretty close. - aecliptic
I was pissed cause Drury tried to get Tuch last year but Buffalo wasn’t selling him. He would fit perfectly |

I’m not. I want this team to have an identity. In your opinion, what is this teams identity? Speed? Physical? “Team toughness”? What is it? In my opinion, it’s a cluster of soft, uninspired, emotionless “stars” that aren’t a TEAM. The unwillingness for the “star” players to stand up for each other is a MASSIVE problem.
All of our stars are a carbon copy of each other. When I watch Zib skate away during a scrum when a teammate is getting 2 on 1’d it INFURIATES me. Staple his ass to the bench. F him. Same goes for Fox, Panarin etc. - nyrangers9479
He trying to change it now. This is what we’ve been trying to get through to you. Say whatever you want about the Miller trade, but he’s a NORTH SOUTH player. Borgen NS player. Carrick is NS guy. It’s taken me awhile to get there but the east west stuff has got
To go. It’s a huge problem. But this is what Drury is trying to change. I don’t understand why you can’t see this 🤷🏻♂️ |

It took you a while to agree that we need to be NS, it’ll take u a while to agree trading for Miller wasn’t the right TIME, but you’ll get there. |

I just want to get along with everyone 😞 things got better today I thought we’d be more excited again about something. Housely held these guys back I have a feeling |

Never has a troll been treated this well. Me and jimmy treat Brukie like the troll he is. This obviously makes us evil, which we’ve accepted, and quite frankly we don’t care anymore
Again, eat up what he serves. - Slimtj100
We dont agree with you so we attack you, who does that sound like??
Dumb and Dumber.

I don’t think you realize that most of us don’t agree with his misery. We see issues with the team, but that’s it. - banger94

It’s why I want to trade zib and Panarin - TPC
And replace them with who? Marner is the only big name out there. |

If we could trade Zib and Panarin and add Marner “for free” it would go a long way in re-stocking the VERY barren cupboard. |

Honestly if you are going to spend the next 5 years complaining about the JT Miller trade every single day it’s going to get very very tiresome.
Everybody knows you hate it. You don’t neee to keep saying it.
But I’m sure it won’t stop you |

Marner is very much Panarin. But, I would take that swap, as I feel Marner has a little more fire and plays slightly more defense. I'm no longer satisfied with Bread only trying if there is an offensive chance. Anything over $10M should buy you a complete player. |

The way I see it with Marner is if we do pursue that route, then Im trading Perreault... and if were going to tie the Sharks to this, it would be to try to move up and draft Misa. Marner or not, doesnt change my opinion on wanting Tuch. |

If Toronto wins the Cup, Marner will have a lot to do with it. And then coming off a 100 point season, still pretty young guy, he could get 14 mil per |

This may be a shockingly rare take these days, but i don't want to see Kreider get moved. If he was suffering with his back all season, as well as other various ailments, I think he deserves another chance to be part of a turn around. But, that makes it imperative that Zib gets moved. You can't change the culture while they are still together. But, Kreids was here through better days, atmosphere wise.
I'd like to see them use his milestones as a galvanizing point for the youth.
IMO, Drury's biggest failing has been that he runs this team like it's a Fantasy League. These are real people and some tact and diplomacy is required. The team history should be an easy tool to use to implement change. |

It just seems like it’s gotta happen. Kreider didn’t speak to the media since November because of how angry he was about the whole revelation he was part of the names available to trade but promises to speak tomorrow.
For him to stay a Ranger his last two seasons some real mending has gotta go on |

I think the other issue with Kreider is we have too many LW players. Othmann cant get minutes, LAF has been playing RW for 2 years now. |

This side of it more than anything is why I think Drury should go. But, I know he's got Dolan's blessing, so it's not happening.

Welp Dolan is taking part in the exit interviews and as crazy as it sounds, if people are still holding out hope Drury gets fired, that should give people some kind of hope.
To me it does sound like Dolan thinks Drury needs some oversight and doesn’t have Carte Blanche when it comes to everything going on with this team. |

...Im gonna play a little devils advocate here. Maybe what Drury is doing here is neither accidental or a coincidence. Whats the easiest way to get players with NMC/NTC to accept a trade? Make them ask for it. It may not be the smartest way to conduct business, but if it get it done... |

If Drury was fired I’d get over it in 2 seconds.
But I know the next guy is likely to do the same things people hated about Drury. Because Dolan wants immediate results. It’s gonna be more of trading draft picks, etc trying to win now |

JD has some serious hate for Dolan and JD doesn’t hate anybody |

I would agree with this except for one VERY important issue:
If Kreider was really hurt or fighting through a painful back ---- then WHY would he play in the 4 Nations instead of getting rest/treatment for said problem? I can't give him a pass here... |
