Went to the local First Nations dispensary for their 4 20 specials, they give out generous gift bags with purchases.
Having a few beers now and watching the Sens vs Leafs with my wife from Ottawa. Slow cooking some ribs which we'll accompany with creamed corn & coleslaw.

NOn-factor. That Japanese kid had a very nice goal/game Osogai I think it was. Cristall and Reschny were very good - neem55
He was more physical in the first couple of games. But yeah, non factor. That Mathis Preston kid impressed me for a 16 year old. Highly visible all 3 games and put up points. Speed to burn.

Isogai has some very nice hands, Preston was good. I thought Boehm looked pretty good too, probably didn’t spell that one right either

Boehm is a Nanaimo kid. He got kicked out of the game Wednesday and served a 1 game suspension for a check to the head. Catton got 2 minutes for the exact same hit in that game that knocked one of our Dmen Cosmo Wilson out. He hasn't returned.
There's also a Sooke kid on the Royals that was scratched. He played the game of Friday. Wyatt Danyleyko. One more local is Seth Fryar. He's from Vic.

That's the fun part of Junior. They're still growing and gaining strength at a rapid rate. Verhoeff didn't have the best game but he's going high in the 2026 draft without a doubt. It's gonna be a really deep draft. I'm guessing Preston cracks the upper 1st round for that one as well.
