Maybe the Canucks need to move Hughes to a team like Detroit, let the brother situation become another teams problem.

Perfect, is it a coincidence that Petey’s game tanked after RT ran Kuzmenko out of town? - K-man25

"It'll be expensive," says Jim Rutherford of trading for a top-six centreman this summer. "But it'll also be very expensive not to get one."
Strongly seems to suggest that just about everything will be on the table. #Canucks
Tom Willander is so getting traded!! He doesn't want to be part of the organization, I would assume.
"Allvin says Tom Willander’s intention at this point is to go back to college" - Pacificgem
Read that his agent put some cold water on this. Management just needs to pony up for the bonuses, no idea why they're letting this drag out.
Willander’s advisor, Todd Diamond, fired back to Allvin’s comments through Donnie & Dhali’s Rick Dhaliwal.
“Our intent was/is to turn pro, but if we don’t agree on a contract that Tom and his family are comfortable with, returning to BU and other situations become possible over the next few seasons.” |

Probably to a degree. If only Kuz would be a lil smarter & less a liability he might’ve survived & stayed. He’s quite the PP specialist in LA. On Petey he shouldn’t rely on wingers & be better at driving play. Better offseason training a must & move his feet is not much to ask. Wingers would feed off of that. Simple |

It’s their mantra & is petty imo but with the OEL big buyout on the books for 2 years it hurts cap flex. One reason Boeser unlikely to be back. I can live with that but need a key piece to replace him.
Make a play for Rantenen? |

Ya, they should just hold onto him until his contract expires. The Canucks window is now, so why bother moving him

My theory is that management hates Aquilini so much that they are fu cking up everything they possibly can. It's about the only thing that makes sense with this dumpster fire of a team. |

Jim Rutherford should not be allowed to speak publicly. All he kept saying was enjoy the last 2 years of Quinn Hughes being here. And, even though we gave Pouty a huge contract with term, he has to show up in shape at the start of the season and put in an effort at practises.
There really isn't much to talk about.

Sure hope these management clowns aren't here at the draft, these guys are worse than Benning, which I never thought possible

Copied and pasted from the CHL website.
"The 205 CHL alumni represent over 50% of the 409 players who will participate in the 2025 Stanley Cup Playoffs, which stands as the most of any development hockey league in the world."
Maybe, just maybe, there's something of substance in this statement. |
