got elected 9y ago promissing a 10B deficit. ended up making a 30B deficit.
THAT WAS BEFORE COVID.
expectations for the current year deficit are... 50B.
I'm counting the days, litteraly. |

there a tons of good ones, but I just feel like they are not that much better than the cheap ones...just like wine for that matter, the 50$ bottle is not a 100% better than the 25$ one, so unless its a special occasion, I stick to the "cheap" one |

A former HB friend gave me some good tips because he runs a wine store in Nova Scotia. Go cheap and Argentinian/Chilean. Their $11 wines are European/North American $20's for the most part. |

I have a few "go to" bottles of wines around 20-25$.
Doesn't matter the occasion, I am not paying 50$ of a wine I'll likely enjoy less.

not all of them, but yeah. and their 20$ ones are as good as 35-40$ euro/us ones.
you can also put some away for 5-10 years easily. |

yeah, sorry but I strongly disagree on that, for the most part when I pay a premium price on a gin it's usually way better than the cheaper ones. there are exceptions of course but that's what I've noticed generally speaking.

As long as he does better, it's a step forward. Don't think he can do worse. |
