His recommendations carry more wait than most NHL coaches.
More weight as well.

I do believe there is an internal timeline with the flyers and they're behind schedule they have some assets and a young goalie that needs to see some success. So it does not surprise me that they are looking to change the culture with trades. They're built to be fast and to play a transition game, however, the influence of Tortorella cannot go understated.
I am about to coin the term Capaerobics.
I feel like the capaerobics we saw during last years deadline will be an indication of how the trade market will be like during the summer leading up to during and after the draft. Lots of cap space moving so hockey deals can happen. |

Flyers should NOT extend Konecny and move him at the draft.
Laughton should be moved as well at the draft.
Atkinson should NOT be bought out and sent to Lehigh for the deal to just expire after this year.
I prefer to keep Farabee or Frost but if a hockey trade it needs to make sense.
Deslauriers should be sent to Lehigh along with Peterson.
No buyouts and let contracts expire fully after this year.
It really is not that hard.

Could one argue the Hayes and Tony Meatballs moves were “the right moves” no matter what Torts wanted? Albatross contract and huge dbag who made too much gotten rid of?

And a squatting hobo defecated on the area rug. Really tied the home together.

An unfortunate misunderstanding when someone told the hobo they had a squatty potty they could use |

The devaluing part is the issue as the Flyers had to retain a large part of Hayes salary and only got a 6th back in return. Not that trading Hayes wasn't the right move.

Torts shouldn’t have as much influence as he does |

I heard several moving pieces possibly and Sanheim was one of them.
Wish Krug was traded. I want him gone. Hayes did alright for what he is. 3rd line center. Did fine in the face off dots for us I think. If we had to pay him his full contract, (frank) no! |

Only if it's Peter.
I don't care if he is 50 years old and can't skate, just let him throw ridiculously insane passes at the red line. He'll still end up outscoring half the team. |
