Id rather keep the same lines and call up Edstrom if Vesey cant go. Id rather have another big, physical, good skating player out there. However it will likely be JBrodz.
Wheeler may be fresh, but he didnt get a leg transplant. He will be the slowest person out there, and if game 2 was any indication, the tempo of the games will not get any slower. - aecliptic idk man wheeler wouldn’t be practicing if we wasn’t able to play (like Chytil). I’d be surprised if he wasn’t dressed next game. He’s well ahead of Edstrom on the depth chart. I’m willing to give Wheeler a chance. He’s hungry to win, so I’d expect max effort from him
Hartford lost I heard so I assume they can call up more black aces? Maybe othmann get some practice time

Great win last night, (Obviously)
The biggest difference I see between these teams is the forecheck.
We dump the puck deep, they clear the zone in 2 seconds.
They dump it in, and we can't clear for 30 seconds
We need to fix that |

Some of biggest heartbreaking games of my life are overtime losses in the conference finals.
Feel like I remembered every one of them with how I cheered that one last night.
That was so (frank)ing awesome |

It was funny I had no idea who scored that goal in OT at first, once I realized it was Goodrow I was shocked haha. Perfect snipe |

We need to fix that - ELew11 no doubt it’ll be a tall task beating these guys 4 times. But as we’ve seen all year, rangers have a certain “it” factor where they have an ability to pull games out you least expect. This series they’ve done a good job of bend but not break so far. Lavy is a huge factor in this imo. It’s like they refuse to lose or give up under him where past coaches it didn’t seem that way.
Shesty may need to play the game of his in life in games 3 and or 4 to get a split down there, but he’s capable of that…like a 1-0 win, 45 save type of game

Trocheck has his fingers on the Conn smythe for us atm as our clutchest guy. Two gorgeous primary assists and a goal in OT. Trocheck or Shesty we’d be done without them |

Panthers have scored two actual goals all series. Offense isn’t scary. Defense and forecheck are great |

All we have to do is spilt in Florida. Come back home in game five tied 2-2 with home ice advantage in a best of 3? I like our chances |

Yeah took me a minute. Then I was worried when I saw Paul Maurice looking at his iPad and the ref talking to Trouba I was like WTF is going on here
There would have been a riot if they disallowed that |

This probably isn't true, but was that the first game Rempe didn't get a penalty?
Also really happy to not only see Rempe on ice in the 3rd, but in the 3rd with 90 seconds to go, and OT.
Good job by Lav to give the kid some confidence. |

What was Matt Rempe's reaction when he found out he was getting an overtime shift?
"I heard Lavi call my name and I grabbed my stuff. I was like, ‘Oh, my God. Jiminy Crickets! Let's go!'"
