Hello, they can’t afford a real goalie or real defence when paying 53% to 4 players!! They can barely field a team with a heartbeat in each jersey. How are they going to get a real goalie!? How are they going to get real defence?? Oh I know, everybody wants to play in Toronto so bad that they will take a discount!? The core won’t take a discount but all the filler will!? Are we going to trade for a goalie or D? Sign a ufa?? Not for the money Leafs have to spend. This doesn’t have to have anything to do with Marner!! Marner has spent 97 minutes (most on the Leafs since 2016/2017) on the PK.

Matthews? 3 minutes 7 seconds. Nylander? 3 minutes 27 seconds.

Tavares? 1 minute 12 seconds.
