They need to start winning now and the roster might barely be good enough to make the playoffs if UPL is going to keep playing like he did 2nd half

Time to upgrade and not a single excuse is acceptable for failing to do so

All while they were merely re-tooling with a few down years. That’ll get you right back to the top. After that the other GMs pushed for the ‘Ranger Rules’ to stop bettman from helping his big market original 6 teams. Can’t move up more than 10 spots, can’t win the lottery more than once in 5 years.

Not saying likely, just saying possible and signing those 3 would pay itself with season ticket sales
