I wonder what happened with farabee this year. If there was an injury there. Many nights during the first half of the season he was our best forward. Didn’t expect the fall off. I wouldn’t be looking to trade the kid. |

Bill tweeted this earlier today:
“Briere said that the potential surgery Drysdale needs is a core muscle issue. Said it affected the player's skating, which is normally one of his biggest assets. The shoulder seemed likely at one point to need surgery, but improved without it.”
My concern is the core muscle issue. Giroux and Ghost both said it took them 2 years to feel 100% after their surgery. Remember Hayes having his and then ruching back and not being healthy and then having more issues with it not healing properly. It’s completely fair to be concerned about these health issues. At this stage of his career it can really derail his development.
This is another reason why bottoming out is necessary because it gives you more chances at hitting on elite players. Ducks moved on from him knowing full well they’d be in position to draft another potentially elite defenseman in this upcoming draft. |

Serious question....
Who here has an excel spreadsheet listing names of users on a message board including their relationship status, whether they are a Ally, Neutral or Foe, comments you need to bring up later and mock drawings what you think the person looks like?
This question is meant for everyone, not just MJL. |

This sounds like a NEW storyline....Flyers trade for a player with known injuries where the only team that didn't know was the Flyers.

His injury history is getting to be a huge red flag. He's played 42 games with only 10 points over the last 2 seasons with multiple lengthy absences due to injuries to the same shoulder. The same shoulder which now might need a procedure this offseason.
Going into next year, his last healthy season will be 3 years ago.
You have to think if Briere hadn't had playoff fever that they hold onto Cutter until the offseason. The Ducks were laughing all the way to the bank with this one. - Flyers_01
No disrespect but this is probably why it is better to wait for the team to talk then just assume…. they literally squashed everything you said. |

I wouldn’t trade him.
But I think it’s fair to be realistic that he’s a nice player at this point of his career, but not someone that can’t be replaced. |

In my opinion, you literally cannot believe anything they say. Think back on how many times we've been mislead on injuries with players.

The Flyers don't have a single player that falls under that category.

No, they are far more advanced. They use robotics with synthetic data to capture all users.
The center of the universe only does the best.
