it's the sad reality with a coach like Torts, he pushes guys very hard, he has a very short term lifespan with a team but it is effective....short term. He gets teams to overperform for 2yrs...then the players get tired of his BS

They are in the mode the Habs were for years. not really good enough to make the playoffs consistently, not bad enough to completely blow up, always picking in the middle of the 1st round.
