if you were buying a habs jersey which player would you go for? like out of the current team. i still need a roy jersey but from the current team i go suzuki. - kicksave856
Suzuki would be a good choice, I think right now I'd go for Slaf, he's just been awesome this year. looks so promising for upcoming seasons, too.

Luke Tuch scored on a shorthanded breakaway
Another one who could be playing in Laval next week - stinger67
but both him and Huston wouldn't be allowed to play in the playoffs, right? |

I have no clue what options are available, I haven't bought a jersey in years.

On a professional try-out contract, I think Tuch could. |

no, I think that's over, unless they bring them back next year or some other time in the future. despite their lame record when wearing them I do like both the dark and baby blue versions.

there were just a lot of stripes in the old days.
i bet the jersey doesn't look as bad with a pair of jeans as it did with the whole uniform. the socks were just too much. |

yeah i liked them too. i always wanted them to turn their luck around when they were wearing them so the team wouldn't just want to retire them and forget them. |

I think the rules only applies to player on the NHL roster. Like the Habs did with Roy and Struble, paper transaction that allows the Habs to sent them down at any point after the trade deadline.
Basically, they can't send down any player that was still on their NHL roster at the deadline (aside from conditioning stint). |

I see.
so by that logic, Hutson could've played with the Rocket for the playoffs, if he didn't choose to burn 1 year?

I think Habs should trade Mailloux for a forward and then draft a lhd |

without any NHL experience I don't think you'd be maximizing on Mailloux's value though.

I think the Laval playoffs roster needs to be known by the tdl. (why they moved Roy and Struble) after that there's a freeze. sure they can add players, like little wifi earlier this week, but he won't be eligible to play in the playoffs. same for Reinbacher.
Hutson and Tuch didn't have a contract at the tdl, so they can not play in the playoffs. imho |

yeah, but I doubt that's happening. He would have to sign a PTO contract for this end of season and have his entry level contract start at the 2024-25 season. |

Sources are telling me that Slafkovsky will be signing an endorsement deal with Sherwood. Joining William Nylander, Connor Bedard, Quinton Byfield and Alex DeBrincat |
