I agree about the rush based system. I don't see Adams making it past Christmas if this hire fails...there is a lot of unknown's on that roster along with his hiring history, this will be the most pressure Adams will have to get it right, in the shortest window at the same time.
IMO his press conference didn't provide confidence, his 5 year plan is already falling apart...I bet Lindy gets a 1 year deal to see if its a fit, if not then Lindy retires at the end of the year and Adams goes back to the janitors room and picks up his mop.
