Technically they do not. If the Caps win out and if the Islanders win all but the game vs us, then even if we win out we'd miss the playoffs.

The Caps suck so I don't expect them to win out. My guess is 90 points makes it, and we can get to 92, but it's possible that 93 is required.

If we win tomorrow then it will be down to us vs the Craps for that last wild card I think. I don't see the Islanders losing that 3rd spot in the Metro. The Cryers are pretty much done.

Games left vs very strong teams the Bruins and Preds, let alone Wings and Isles who are fighting for the playoff lives....I think winning all 4 is far fetched.

I understandable but the Preds are not fighting for their lives. They are locked for the last Wild Card spot. The Ruins and Detroit will be games that will be intense.

There are 4 teams left fighting for 2 spots, and I think 90 points gets us in. Reminder that the Pens have the tie breaker against everybody due to sucking in OT.

WSH: 85 pts, games left vs BUF, TB, BOS, PHI. If they win out the Pens can't catch them, but realistically I see them at 90 points.

DET: 84 points, games left vs PIT, TOR, MTL, MTL. We really need to beat them in regulation. If we can do that, they can't get past 90 and likely wouldn't even get to 90.

NYI: 87 pts, games left vs MTL, NYR, NJD, PIT. After beating the Rags last night, it's going to be hard to catch them, even with a win in the last game. Need to hope they stumble before then.

Pens could get to 92 points if they win out, which will be very tough, but if they can beat DET tomorrow, 90 points is doable and most likely is enough.

It sucks we completely fell apart midseason and dont know how to play in OT. If even one of those things are fixed, this team is easily in the playoffs. I think we are one of the eight best teams in the East, but there's a reason you earn it over an 82 game season.

I like Zohorna's game for the 4th line. He can protect the puck well and use his body. Could use a bit of hard forechecking but it's just not his game.

ZAR is up on en emergency recall and will play tonight for DET.

Not a true must win, but as close as it gets. I hope we crush them tonight, no need for nervous moments in the 3rd!
