Pittsburgh with the hardest schedule, the Flyers with the easiest. The Rangers could go a long way in disposing the Isles. The Caps have the 2nd hardest schedule down the stretch. Detroit has games vs the Caps, the Pens head to head. This race is nuts. I say Philly hangs on to 3rd and its a coin flip for WC2

How many times is Remoe going to get his ass kicked? Dude is like 6’7” tall and has lost all but one of his fights! I like that the kid throws em, but damn, he’s looking at early dementia from the frequency and the amount of hits to his head.

Was listening to LaGreca's podcast the other day and they were discussing a 1-16 format. I've always loved the idea but always dismissed it. The best arguments that you can make is that the best 16 teams make it. Keep the divisions to determine the top 4 seeds. Interconference games actually mean something. It can potentially cause travel headaches but the West travels like mad anyway as it is, going to the 2-3-2 format could solve that although I agree that the 2-2-1-1-1 format is better.

If that format were to be used here are the matchups as of today:
