I think it was because of the other fights that were started. Devils had to submit their starting lineup first and I am sure Lav knew that Greene did that with intent to try and send a message

Naw. You could see the way Goodrow was looking to Vesey with a question on his face and then nodding to him. Then, Goodrow bypassed his counterpart at center and went straight to the defenseman. The Devils players obviously told them that they were going and had no choice. No chance Lavy has Goodrow or Vesey out there to fight. Then, you could see the 2 remaining Devils not interested in fighting until Miller and Trouba said fine you guys are going, too.

Hockeybuzz OG's remember the good days of KPE trades, constantly fighting OTHER teams posters (weird concept, I know), WayneY constantly posting and talking with us, and much more.
