It is gonna be a (frank)ing rush of excitement, regardless of how it turns out, from the day after the Cup is done til the day after free agency. I expect a lot of things to happen - trades, picks, maybe even buyouts, etc...

Then it is gonna be a slow slow wait til training camp.

I am really excited to see what HuGo can do this off-season.

Of course, I don't question the compete level. I just think there is too much stock put into this transitioning well into next season. Lately we also see goalies standing on their heads to make the Habs pull through. Something I'm just so tired of seeing.

I think that's just a "symptom" of the Price era. Monty was great against COL but he didn't necessarily steal the game by himself either...

also, goalies are part of the game, we should be happy to see both Primeau and Montembeault doing well and getting better.

I think the purveyance of violence, especially as it becomes increasingly violent, in media has desensitized people to the acts of violence that occur in real life.

People just shrug it off, rather than try to do something about it.
