Game against Habs another by the numbers stick to the systems and get through it game.

I doubt you'll find many, or possibly even any fans that want fighting removed from the game entirely. However, staged fights and the days of the enforcer should be on their way out of the league.

The problem with fighting is the rule that you have to keep your helmets on at all times, who wants to throw punches when you can easily break your hand like that. There's a reason most fights now are grappling matches that don't really solve anything. I know WHY that rule came in, but it's done more harm than good.

Hronek at 7.5m is 8.5% of the 2024/25 cap. Toews will be 7.25m next season as Makars sidekick. Hronek is not superior to Toews but more of a decent comparable.

I also think Florida flops in the first round, just due to how high they are right now and all the hockey they've played since the '23 SCF. Like the Canucks, they really don't have anyone close enough to catch them in their division to make them feel desperate.
