No offense. but would you shut the F up about UPL - we know you hate him. It' fing exhausting listening to your dribble. Where were you when he got a shutout thursday. tw, on the 3rd goal, Dahlin skated in front of him, screening him for no reason. Dumb play by dahlin. This season would only be more of a disaster w/o UPL's play. Truth: he let in 3 total goals today and is the top goalie in the NHL stats wise (or maybe 2nd to Helleybuck) in 2024

The problem today is no offense - only 20 some shots, with 95% not dangerous is the problem. Robinson, Krebs, Oloffson and Jost playing meaningful minutes is the problem. Maybe the GM will sign players other than the caliber of Clifton, Johnson, Jost, Girgensons, Comrie and Okposo in UFA this offseason. KA's 2023 offseason was an abortion.

Eichel was injured for most of a season
Bedard was out almost two months
Crosby has been injured and out for months


My favorite is Bowen Byram hasn't' played a full season cause of injuries but you think he is good.

Blaming UPL when Dahlin, Tuch, Skinner, Cozens and the rest of them coast around is just nonsense.

I really do not think they want to get to the playoffs. They have enjoyed their long summers and lucrative contracts for so long that why would they want to work any harder? Playing for the Buffalo Sabres is a gravy train. Work really hard before your contract expires, get a great contract and kick back. There is absolutely no pressure to perform.

At some point (probably all long ) Donnie just doesn’t get his guys motivated enough.

He’s done a good job developing these guys , seems like we have enough talent to get us to the playoffs

This stretch of good play (today notwithstanding) better not cloud the vision (or lack thereof?) of this management team and the changes that need to be made. He needs to stop falling in love with his players.

They need a skilled, hard to play against 3rd line center. I like Scott Laughton. He's feisty, hard working, good skillset.

Give me another top 6 winger, too, because I'm about done with Skinner.

Krebs can go, too.
