I think it’s inevitable. He was brought to NJ bc of the Bastian incident, no way I don’t see him at least challenge Rempe.

Reminds me of Fedoruk and Orr. The game before Fedoruk ran all over the place hitting everyone and we didn’t have an answer for him. Next game they dress Orr and he KO’s Fedoruk. Obviously Orr was already on the Rangers but similar idea.

Just heard Larry brooks on the opening faceoff show and he insinuated that they never had interest in Henrique and we weren’t as in deep as was portrayed for Guentzel. Seems like they did what they wanted, instead maybe they did want Patches. He kind sounded like they were turned off about big moves because of last years didn’t work out. So maybe Drury was smarter then we think

Drury runs a very tight ship: no leaks. I found whatever the "insiders" have to say is simply BS or propaganda that Drury wants released. That goes for Friedman, Kaplan or Brooks. The only one that actually seems to get real news is Kevin Weekes.

This a way far away thought, but I'm happy they came away from TDL keeping Brett Berard. He's having a good season in Hartford. Would love to see him force his way on to this team next year.

Had a peek at the NYR roster. Not gonna lie, I had no idea the offensive production was so top heavy.

correct. Hopefully Wennberg and Roslovic help. Cuylle as a rookie has been fine. He should have 3 more goals that were called back. Vesey for a 4th liner has also been good. The Rest, eh not so great.

Yeah you can see why they grabbed them. Wennberg and Roslovic aren't exactly great but they're clear improvements on what was going on in the bottom 6 before.
